The eMerge Foundation 2011, Fundraising Ball.

The eMerge Foundation held its 4th annual Teachers for Timor masquerade ball at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel in Sydney on Saturday 7th May, 2011 to raise funds for its Teachers Training College in Baucau, East Timor.

The money raised will provide 25 teaching scholarships for the College.

420 very elegant guests enjoyed a vibrant evening with music supplied by Wonderbrass and Microwave Jenny, superb food and award winning wines donated by the Lusby Family of Tintilla Estate in the Hunter Valley. Ian MacRitchie welcomed the guests and Paul Hunyor of Butehall Advisory Services kept the guests entertained as a superb Master of Ceremonies.

Honoured guests included Maria de Jesus, Timorese Consul General to Australia and Mr. Kevin Bailey, Honorary Victorian Consul General to Timor Leste, and fellow Financial Planner.
